Refund policy

Our Return Policy
To return an item purchased from KLA Originals, you must do so within 14 days from the date item was received. All returned items must be in there original state, unworn, undamaged, with all tickets attached. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Once we receive your return we’ll promptly refund your credit/debit card for the purchase price of the item. We do not refund shipping charges customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return.

Submit a return request

1. Log in to your account: 
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit 
       verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, 
then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 
After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Alterations and Mending                                                                                                                                                        KLA Originals designer wants to see out customers happy and wearing our one of a kind art so we offer free lifetime alterations and mending (within reason) to all our customers.  Cost of sending items through the mail at customer expense.

All KLA Originals are one of kind pieces they are each unique distinct wearable pieces of art no two are alike .Some pieces by KLA Originals are sold with intentional imperfections. This is usually mentioned in the product description but if you are not sure your item is intentionally imperfect, Contact us, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional product-related questions or issues.
