About Fitting and Care
Q. How do I know what size to buy?
A. Each KLA Sweater Jacket is measured un stretched around the bust and waist. Each sweater has a unique way of stretching, some more than others so we have allowed for this by covering two sizes with our sizing. Sweaters stretch depending on the fit. Shop for fit based on weather you want your Jacket tight or loose.
Q. How do I care for my sweater jacket?
A. All KLA Originals Sweaters are pre treated by being washed in a cold water and a hot hot dryer. Please... try this at home. We recommend washing and drying not only to clean your one of a kind Sweater Jacket but to shrink it back to its original shape.

Q. How can I pay for my purchases ?
A. KLA Originals accepts the following forms of payment VISA, Master Card, American Express and PAY PAL.
Q. What country's do you sell and ship too ?
A. At this time we sell and ship our products within Canada and the United States.
Q. When will my purchase be shipped ?
A. We usually ship within 24 hours from the time that we receive your order.
Q. How much will the shipping cost ?
A. Shipping cost is deturmened by your location. Just add a item to your shopping cart this will open the check out page you will find at the bottom of the check out page a shipping cost estimator, just enter your province or state, postal code or zip code and it will display the shipping cost for the items you have selected to your location.
Q. What shipping carrier do you use ?
A. We ship all our parcels through Canada Post Regular Parcel Delivery service.

Q. Can my parcel be tracked ?
A. Yes we will supply you with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Returns and Exchange
Q. What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
A. At KLA Originals we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Our Return Policy: To return an item purchased from KLA Originals, you must do so within 14 days from the date item was received. All returned items must be in there original state, unworn, undamaged, with all tickets attached. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Once we receive your return we’ll promptly refund your credit/debit card for the purchase price of the item. We do not refund shipping charges customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return.
Q. Can I exchange my purchase?
A. Yes, just contact us within 14 days from the date your item was received to make arrangements for an exchange.
Upcycled symbol
Q. Why do I see the upcycled symbol under the description of some products but not others?
A. At KLA Originals we create many different clothing designs, corsets, can can dresses and old style bloomers just to name a few. Many of these require the use of new material in their construction therefore not all items we sell are upcycled, we placed the upcycled symbol under the description to indicate that the item is an upcycled product.
